It’d been a week since my last visit to Bryant Ranch, one that I’d rather forget. I just hate to disappoint. Anyway, this time the sun was out and I was by myself, fresh from a bathroom visit. Ha. I was here to shoot Connor’s brother Mason and his team the Fearless Frogs. One of only a very few U6 games I have scheduled this fall. There was some serious soccer and plenty of missed balls and five year old goofiness. One rush near the end of the game had two Fireball girls chit chatting on defense, they took a second to realize the ball had come right to them followed by a pack of green kids. One of the girls calmly kicked it a few feet away and went right back to her conversation. On the serious side, Mason pulled off a couple end to end rushes, capped by a nice goal line move to score near the end. Because the sun was so bright and the younger kids look down at the ball so much - often putting their entire face in shadow, I pushed the shadow play a bit more than usual on these. These will print fine glossy, but I prefer the matte finish. Here’s a few Facebook Favorites, please tag your friends.
