Gloomy all morning, but the sun came out just long enough for me to shoot most of these two games. I didn’t shoot the Kryptonite during their half as the clouds had returned heavy by halftime. With the adult sized fields and no sunshine, you’re just not going to get the contrast you need to stay in focus. I shot seven year olds earlier in the morning on a mini field and many of those were just a waste. I DID get some good ones of the three girls I was aiming for, but disappointed I couldn’t do more. The Firecrackers have a camera-toting coach, as well as a dad with heavy hardware (see right), so I think they’ll be fine this season. - Bryan.
